Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account at account.nunuatelier.com, go to your Orders, and follow the returns and cancellations process. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original purchase price plus the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exemptions — Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:

Handmade Nature of Our Products

  • Custom or personalised items made to your specifications
  • Jewellery and accessories that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed or worn
  • Any item that has been used, worn, or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics
  • Any item returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired

  • All Nu-Nu products are handmade with care and individual attention to detail. As a result, each piece is unique — slight variations in colour, texture, finish, or dimensions are a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects. These variations are what make each piece one of a kind.

    Please note that returns based solely on natural handmade variation are not accepted, as this is an inherent and celebrated quality of our products.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
